Let Anxiety Be Your Friend
by Danielle Keen
A heavy feeling in your chest. You usually breathe without thinking about it, just like your heart beats without you telling it to “beat, beat, beat.” You’re catatonic.
Don’t push it away. It’s here to be your friend. Open your arms to the suffering, give it a hug.
